I have a serious aversion to waistbands and wearing anything I deem restricting unless absolutely necessary. As many of you with children will know, us parents spend around 60% of the day picking up assorted items like lego, discarded socks and partially chewed food so I don’t want to feel like I’m being guillotine’d in half every time I bend over.
That being said, I also don’t want to look like a bag of soggy potatoes in shapeless clothes… Luckily for me Sports Luxe has been a ‘thing’ for some time now and it turns out you can look smoking hot and still feel super comfy.
Even if you have no intention of stepping foot in a gym or going for a run you can easily make people think that’s what you’re planning by checking out my active wear hot picks below 🙂
Ok, so you might not want to give your 2-year-old a chocolate bar whilst you’re wearing this but white is MASSIVE this summer and this look nails everything that’s understated and sexy about Sports Luxe. Baby wipes at the ready.

Another online success, BooHoo offers high fashion clothing at bargain basement prices. Their sports wear collection isn’t the best quality when it comes to performance in the gym but it sure looks great on the street! These leggings are in their FIT collection but are more suited to lunching if you ask me. Look cute paired with a snuggly jumper too as you can see…
Ankle detail legging – £12.00
Natalie Crop Slash Neck Fisherman Jumper – £10.00
When I first saw this brand I had a serious flashback to going swimming with my mum in the 1990’s! Since then Head has been fairly off-radar until they released these gorgeous modern gym bags which I think would also work as a changing bag!
Head Bag – £45.00
